Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Documents you upload — used only to produce your printout.
• Print preferences — colour/B&W, number of copies, page count.
• Phone number — only if you choose to be notified when your print is ready.
• Payment status — whether an order is paid (we do not store card or UPI credentials).

2. How we use it

Your information is used solely to process and deliver your print order and to provide support if you contact us.

3. File deletion

Uploaded documents are deleted automatically after a successful print. Failed or abandoned uploads are retained temporarily for retry and scheduled deletion. A shop should not use a document for any purpose other than fulfilling the print order.

4. Data storage

Documents and order records are processed through our cloud infrastructure provider and may also be cached locally on the shop's authorized device. Order metadata can remain in the shop's records after the document itself is deleted. We do not sell personal data; infrastructure providers process it only to operate the service.

5. Payments

Payments are currently made through the shop's UPI QR or in cash and are confirmed by the shop owner before printing. We never ask for or store your UPI PIN, card number, or bank password.
